We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling and brand identity across digital and print platforms. In this role, you will conceptualize and execute creative designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content. The position offers an opportunity to influence brand perception, drive engagement, and bring innovative design solutions to diverse campaigns in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital, print, and social media campaigns
- Develop visual assets for websites, landing pages, email templates, social media, and advertisements
- Maintain and enhance brand identity guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms
- Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects
- Conduct design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related field, preferably with North American clients
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across diverse design styles and creative concepts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX principles, and video editing for high-performing designs
- Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, and design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design concepts effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables
- Familiarity with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices
