Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to lead design initiatives at Acyute whose parent company is Orionik Technologies based in India and Canada. In this role, you will oversee the development of high-impact creative assets for brand campaigns, digital marketing, and product launches, with a strong focus on shaping the visual identity and storytelling of Aarav POS. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and push creative boundaries to deliver work that resonates with global audiences.

Working hours - Might fluctuate as per EST timings as the team is also based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of creative campaigns, brand assets, and product visuals.
• Define and evolve the visual identity of Aarav POS, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals for web, social media, presentations, and print.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, reviewing their work and ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and product teams to develop design-driven solutions.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance creative output.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); strong knowledge of Figma, Canva, motion graphics, or UI/UX tools is a strong plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and digital-first creative work.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and lead creative projects from idea to execution.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
