We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our multidisciplinary design and branding studio. As a Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience, you will play a key role in shaping brand identities, developing visual language, and enhancing our clients’ presence across digital and offline platforms.

This role goes beyond social media design — we are looking for someone with strong branding understanding, who can create cohesive identity systems and maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Identity Development:

• Create and develop brand identity elements including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual systems.
• Support in building brand guidelines and ensuring consistent application across digital, print, packaging, and spatial branding.

Design and Creativity:

Create visually appealing and compelling graphics and video content including social media posts, banners, infographics, ad visuals, and other digital assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Content Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the content, spatial, and marketing teams to develop designs that effectively convey the intended message while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Client Engagement:

Work closely with clients to understand their branding and design requirements, provide creative recommendations, and present design concepts aligned with their identity goals.

Visual Consistency:

Maintain consistency in design across all platforms, campaigns, and brand materials, ensuring a unified visual experience.

Adaptation and Optimization:

Modify and adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and screen sizes while maintaining brand integrity.

Market Trends:

Stay updated on the latest design and branding trends, tools, and techniques, applying them to enhance the quality and effectiveness of your work.

Timely Delivery:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Feedback Incorporation:

Actively seek feedback from clients and team members and incorporate suggestions to refine and improve designs.

File Management:

Organize and maintain design files, brand assets, and project documentation for smooth workflow and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding work along with digital/social media designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro & After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
• Solid understanding of Branding, visual identity systems, social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in poster design, layouts, typography, and video editing/composition.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and strategies, particularly in the context of brand-building and social media.
