Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Havas Media Network Centre of Excellence – Mumbai. Job Summary: We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is skilled in Adobe and Figma, highly organized, and able to deliver high-quality, on-brand design solutions with a strong aesthetic. Experience in marketing or advertising agencies and working on US/Western region projects is preferred. Strong English communication and copywriting skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work quickly and collaboratively are key. Roles & Responsibilities Create high-quality, on-brand design solutions with an elevated aesthetic for various marketing and advertising projects Manage multiple design tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery Collaborate effectively with internal teams and support fellow designers as a solution-oriented team player Contribute to copywriting and content creation for messaging that complements design work Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders through written, verbal, and visual channels Maintain quick response times and adaptability to meet project deadlines and client expectations Required skills: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related software Proven ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand design solutions with an elevated aesthetic Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, and visual) Experience working in marketing and advertising creative agencies preferred Familiarity with US and Western region design styles and standards preferred Good copywriting skills for effective messaging and content creation About Havas Founded in 1835 in Paris, Havas is one of the world’s largest global communications networks, with more than 22,000 people in over 100 countries sharing one single mission: to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.
