What You'll Do -

• Ideation & Creativity:

  Own the creative process end-to-end—from brainstorming to execution. If we’re running a new campaign, you’ll come up with ideas, not wait for instructions.

• Thumbnails & CTR-Driven Design:

  Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and visuals that maximize CTR and audience engagement.

• Ad Creatives:

  Design high-performing Meta/Google ads and other digital creatives that stand out and convert.

• Visual Strategy:

  Bring fresh design directions, mood boards, and creative concepts for campaigns.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with messaging.

• Mentorship:

  Guide junior designers, review their work, and set creative standards.

• Brand Aesthetic:

  Maintain a consistent, premium, and modern design language across all platforms.

What Are We Looking For -

• Experience:

  3–6+ years in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing, ed-tech, or startups.

• Creative Mindset:

  You’re an idea person—always thinking of what can make a design more engaging.

• Design Sense:

  Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, composition, and trends.

• Tool Mastery:

  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.

• Performance Focused:

  You understand metrics like CTR, CPC, engagement, and design with results in mind.

• Proactive Attitude:

  You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions. You take ownership, suggest ideas, and make them happen.

• Leadership Skills:

  Ability to mentor juniors, delegate tasks, and maintain creative quality.

Nice To Have -

• Experience in motion graphics/short-form video editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals.
• Past experience designing for YouTube creators or performance ads.
