Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with a proven track record in the fashion, luxury, or retail sectors. The ideal candidate should have an exceptional eye for design, a strong sense of style, and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful visual communication across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop creative materials for marketing, advertising, in-store displays, packaging, digital campaigns, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure consistency of brand visuals.
• Maintain and evolve brand design guidelines to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience in fashion, luxury, or retail industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, brand alignment, and design expertise across both digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with additional tools for digital and motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce design, social media campaigns, and luxury brand aesthetics.
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and motion design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
