🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a high-caliber Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director who understands the fine balance between strategic branding and bold visual storytelling. You’ll lead and craft visuals that cut through the clutter, whether it’s a luxury brand, a government-backed event, or a social media campaign that needs to go viral.

From deck mockups to 3D event branding, from carousel carousels to campaign key visuals, you’ll be working across formats, platforms, and clients. If you can think like a brand manager and design like an artist, we want to meet you.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction and execution of branding, event, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and account leads to develop creative concepts
• Design across formats: static posts, reels thumbnails, brochures, pitch decks, booth panels, websites, ads, merchandise, and print material
• Own the look and feel of large-scale events: stage backdrops, media walls, standees, digital invites, etc.
• Guide a team of junior designers; review and refine their work
• Translate briefs into concepts that are not just beautiful—but effective
• Stay updated with visual trends across sectors (luxury, government, corporate, cultural)

🎨 What We’re Looking For

• 7-8+ years of professional design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio across branding, event design, and social media
• Proficiency in latest softwares, AI and tools
• Deep understanding of color theory, layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to think beyond “pretty” visuals - towards storytelling, cultural context, and business impact
• Experience in deck visualization, corporate branding, and public-facing campaigns
• Bonus: Familiarity with 3D renders, AI design prompts, print specs, and government campaign formats
