We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team as a Team Lead. This role requires a strong design portfolio, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive creative direction for diverse campaigns across social media, print, and multimedia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Design Team

  : Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers and junior creatives to deliver outstanding work across all formats.

• Creative Direction

  : Translate briefs into compelling concepts and visual narratives across multiple platforms—print, digital, social, and motion.

• Quality Assurance

  : Review and approve all designs, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and campaign guidelines.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  : Work closely with marketing, content, video, and account teams to align design strategies with business goals.

• Design Execution

  : Create high-quality graphics for social media campaigns, branding materials, multimedia content, advertisements, brochures, leaflets, standees, motion graphics, infographics, and more.

• Innovation & Trends

  : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and team output.

• Client Interaction

  : Participate in client meetings, present creative concepts, and effectively incorporate feedback into final designs.

• Project Oversight

  : Manage timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of design assets across multiple projects.

• Brand Stewardship

  : Maintain and enhance the visual identity of client brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior designer role in a marketing/advertising agency.
• Design Tools Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Versatility: Proven experience designing for both print and digital platforms including social media, branding, publications, motion graphics, and video content.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, provide constructive feedback, and manage workflow effectively.
• Creative Vision: Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to generate unique visual ideas that align with business and marketing objectives.
• Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work including campaign design, print/digital creatives, motion graphics, and branding.
