Job Description

Job Title: Senior Golang Developer

Experience Required: 3+ Years

About the Role

Senior Golang Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
high-performance, reliable, and scalable backend systems
using Golang.
Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure applications are optimized for
security, performance, and scalability
.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while following best practices.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
Stay updated with emerging trends in backend development and Golang ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of backend development experience with at least 3+ years in
Golang
.
Strong understanding of
microservices architecture, REST APIs, and gRPC
.
Experience with
databases
– SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Solid knowledge of
concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization
.
Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

Experience with
message queues and event-driven architectures
(Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).
Knowledge of GraphQL APIs.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
