About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python/Django Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services for web applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django framework.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Work with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and write optimized queries.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement RESTful APIs and ensure performance and security.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.

Key Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in Python and Django.
Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and backend architecture.
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker, Celery, or AWS.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
