About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python/Django Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services for web applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and write optimized queries.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and backend architecture.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
