Python Developer Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using

  Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

  .
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
  
• Drive

  end-to-end project delivery

  , from requirement analysis to deployment.
• Design and implement

  RESTful APIs

  and integrate with front-end and third-party services.
• Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices.
  
• Ensure

  code quality, performance tuning, and optimization

  .
• Implement

  DevOps practices

  , CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Cloud teams for seamless delivery.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Python

• Experience in

  microservices

  REST API design

  asynchronous programming

• Strong understanding of

  OOP

• Proficiency with

  PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

• Cloud experience

  (AWS / Azure / GCP) and

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  Jenkins, Git, GitLab, Terraform
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  

Good to Have

• Experience in

  event-driven systems

  (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to

  frontend technologies

  (React / Angular)
• Familiarity with

  security and authentication standards

  (OAuth2, JWT)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
