Senior Generative AI Developer - Chatbot Applications

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI prompt engineering for chatbot applications.
• Minimum 3+ years of practical experience working with Kore.AI or similar enterprise-grade chatbot development platforms.
• Proven experience in integrating AI-powered chatbots with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.
• Strong understanding of chatbot design principles, conversational flow creation, and user experience optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize intelligent chat and voice solutions using Generative AI to automate and enhance customer interactions within an IVR :
• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI-powered solutions to handle IVR inquiries effectively.
• Create and refine AI prompts to ensure accurate, relevant, and engaging chatbot responses within the IVR system.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities with our existing IVR infrastructure.
• Utilize Kore.AI or a similar platform to build, deploy, and manage intelligent conversational flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IVR requirements and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize chatbot performance and accuracy through prompt engineering and iterative refinement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the GenAI-powered IVR system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and chatbot Requirements & Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Significant hands-on experience with Generative AI prompt engineering for chatbots.
• Extensive experience working with Kore.AI or similar chatbot platforms.
• Proven experience in integrating AI with IVR systems.
• Deep understanding of chatbot design principles and conversational UX.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be available for video call interviews as part of the submittal process.
• Must be able to work effectively in a 100% remote environment
