Senior Generalist, Strategic Talent Business Partners

The Senior HR Generalist is a highly visible, hands-on position with primary focus areas including employee relations, human resource management system (HRMS), performance management, employee programs, compensation, benefits, and employment and labor laws in a multistate and multinational environment. You will work closely with multiple departments and all levels of staff. Duties and responsibilities include creating a positive team member experience, responding to inquiries from employees and managers on various human resources issues, coordinating new employee on-boarding and other employee-related programs, investigating and resolving employee relations issues, conducting exit interviews, and assisting with internal and external surveys. You will support employees and management in U.S. and international locations by assisting with job analyses, employment and labor law research, compensation research and analysis, maintaining job descriptions, policies, and procedures handbook, performance appraisal system administration, benefits administration, HRMS data integrity, and more. Additionally, you will assist with acquisitions due diligence and employee integration processes, benefits administration, work visa issues, and report generation. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with three to five years of human resources generalist experience, including exposure to employee relations, employment and labor laws, benefits, and compensation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HRIS, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research is required. PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
