Job Description

As a Senior GM/Vice President IT specializing in AI, RPA, Data Science, and Data Analytics, your role is crucial in architecting, implementing, enhancing, and monitoring AI/ML/RPA automation IT applications at the corporate level across various functions and domains such as R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, Procurement, Supply chain, Warehousing, HR, Legal, Finance, Corporate Communications, Data-warehousing, and Analytics. Your responsibilities include delivering end-to-end solutions from idea inception to deployment and providing Business as Usual (BAU) support from a technology perspective. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation through AI, RPA, Data Science, and Data Analytics. - Lead initiatives aligned with strategic business goals to improve various aspects of the organization. - Identify and manage projects involving machine learning, predictive modeling, NLP, Generative AI, etc. - Oversee the RPA implementation life cycle, from process assessment to deployment and monitoring. - Manage cross-functional teams and define KPIs, resource plans, budgets, and timelines for digital initiatives. - Design and maintain scalable architecture for AI on Glenmark Azure Private cloud. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science/IT. - Master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, or MS in Data Science/AI) preferred. - 12-15 years of progressive IT experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles. - Strong grasp of Data science tools, Statistical modeling, and AI/ML frameworks. - Proven experience leading AI, RPA, and data analytics transformation at scale. - Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles within a manufacturing environment. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. The company's key interfacing applications include SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, LIMS Labware, Trackwise QMS, eCTD (Extedo) for Electronic submissions, OC/RDC Oracle (CTMS), and various other tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes. Additionally, the company values collaboration with business leaders, global teams, and external stakeholders to drive innovation and digital excellence.
