Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior General Manager - Corporate Real Estate. The role involves overseeing corporate real estate operations, managing a team, devising strategies for expanding portfolios, handling key negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior General Manager will be responsible for client relationship management, identifying key opportunities in the market, and optimally utilizing real estate assets while adhering to company objectives. • Strong expertise in corporate real estate management, property acquisition, leasing, and portfolio management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
