Job Title: Sr. Gen AI Engineer Experience: 8 + years Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote Timings : 6 PM - 2 AM IST Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer who will be responsible for developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI solutions tailored to business needs. This role requires hands-on expertise in Gen AI development, a strong understanding of Azure , and the flexibility to adapt to evolving AI technologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and adaptability, ensuring that Generative AI solutions deliver real impact while staying aligned with evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Llama APIs to address business challenges Proficient in API-first development, with experience using development platforms like VS Code and API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger. Strong expertise in relational databases and SQL, with excellent Python skills and a solid understanding of JavaScript. Hands-on experience with Azure platform, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, Azure Data Factory, and Azure AI Foundry. Expertise in NLP, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI-powered chatbots, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), vector databases, and embeddings. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and handle cross-functional dependencies. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights and provide actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively gather necessary information and drive AI initiatives forward. Should be a strong team player, actively supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative, positive team environment. A proactive attitude, good judgment, and common sense in decision making and interactions are essential. Work on relationship building and should be able to position the team in good terms with business and other teams
