About the Role:

Generative AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune

  generative AI models

  (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Diffusion Models, GANs, VAEs).
• Leverage

  large language models (LLMs)

  and foundation models for tasks like summarization, content creation, code generation, etc.
• Develop pipelines for

  data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment

  .
• Conduct

  experiments and A/B testing

  to evaluate model performance and effectiveness.
• Work with

  prompt engineering

  , retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to build AI-driven features.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in

  GenAI, NLP, and Deep Learning

  .
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost.
  

Required Skills:

• 49 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 2 years working on

  generative models

  or LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and ML frameworks like

  PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

  .
• Experience with

  LLMs (GPT, PaLM, LLaMA, Claude, etc.)

  ,

  prompt tuning

  ,

  instruction tuning

  , or

  LoRA

  .
• Solid understanding of

  deep learning architectures

  , NLP, and computer vision techniques.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and

  MLOps tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  LangChain

  ,

  VectorDBs

  (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS),

  OpenAI/Anthropic APIs

  is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deploying GenAI solutions in production.
