Senior - GBS Advisory

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving procurement projects in alignment with Procurement guidelines, ensuring high compliance level, customer satisfaction, process efficiency, RoI maximization, and achieving savings. Your key deliverables will include implementing strategic sourcing for high spend & volume categories, conducting negotiations through advanced sourcing levers to maximize commercial benefits, filing and documenting negotiations/contracts in Coupa, and evaluating quick-win opportunities such as re-negotiation and volume leverage. Additionally, you will be expected to drive sourcing projects negotiations offline or with Coupa for RFI, RFP & reverse auctions, manage stakeholder relationships to successfully achieve sourcing goals, and engage in change management for Sourcing/Procurement owned processes. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing strategic sourcing for high spend & volume categories - Conducting negotiations through advanced sourcing levers to maximize commercial benefits - Filing and documenting negotiations/contracts in Coupa - Evaluating quick-win opportunities such as re-negotiation and volume leverage - Driving sourcing projects negotiations offline or with Coupa for RFI, RFP & reverse auctions - Managing stakeholder relationships to successfully achieve sourcing goals - Engaging in change management for Sourcing/Procurement owned processes - Maintaining, monitoring, and renewing contracts in accordance with business, regulatory & legal requirements - Analyzing data, reviewing findings, and identifying potential opportunities from category spend - Providing reporting on sourcing dashboard, KPIs, and compliance - Simplifying Vendor due diligence processes - Analyzing Vendor performance using appropriate measurement tools and KPIs - Creating training documents and educating LoB on procurement processes - Managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders transparently - Negotiating and finalizing contracts with vendors - Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions - Overseeing contract performance and resolving disputes - Managing contract renewals and amendments as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sourcing function in a large multinational or consulting company - Expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and managing interactions with high-profile stakeholders - Experience with Coupa and preferably SAP - Proficiency in PC-tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), corporate procurement, and project management Please note that this role offers equal employment opportunities.,
