Senior Fullstack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team and help build Kitchen365—a scalable, multi-tenant platform with a microservice architecture.

You will work across the full stack, from crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces in React/Next.js to designing efficient APIs and scalable backend services with Node.js/NestJS and PostgreSQL. Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development – Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Backend Engineering – Design, develop, and optimize backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Database Design & Optimization – Architect efficient schemas, write performant queries, and manage PostgreSQL at scale.
• Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
• Quality & Performance – Implement best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Code Standards – Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve complex production and performance issues.
• Continuous Improvement – Suggest and implement improvements to development processes, tools, and architecture.

Minimum Qualifications

• React – 3+ years building production-grade applications.
• Next.js – 2+ years with SSR, SSG, and API routes.
• Node.js – 3+ years developing backend services.
• NestJS – 2+ years designing modular, scalable APIs.
• PostgreSQL – Strong proficiency in schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., ECS, S3, CloudWatch, RDS).
• Knowledge of TypeScript best practices.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Exposure to security best practices (OWASP, JWT, RBAC).
