Company Overview: We are a fast-growing cloud communications company revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers. Our platform powers intelligent voice, messaging, and automation solutions for enterprises across industries. We are looking for a seasoned Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team and help scale our next-generation cloud telephony products.

Role Summary: As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and APIs that integrate with our cloud telephony infrastructure. You will work closely with product managers, DevOps, and CEO to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL

Integrate with cloud telephony platforms (e.g., Twilio, Exotel, Plivo) for voice, SMS, and IVR workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability

Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (OAuth2, JWT)

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices (TDD, CI/CD)

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of professional experience in fullstack development

Strong proficiency in React.js, Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture

Expertise in Node.js, Express, and asynchronous programming

Experience with cloud telephony APIs (e.g., Twilio, Exotel, Knowlarity, Plivo)

Solid understanding of RESTful API design, WebSockets, and real-time communication

Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) databases

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript and Next.js

Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and telephony infrastructure

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems

Location: Hybrid / Remote / On-site (Mumbai preferred)
