We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with5 6 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will take technical ownership of full-stack development projects, driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the high-performance, scalable web applications using MongoDB , Express.js , React.js , andNode.js.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices and code quality.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

5-6 years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.

Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, modern front-end workflows, and UI/UX principles.

Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)isaplus.
