Senior Fullstack Developer

As a member of the FAST-Engineering Team, you will be involved in launching a new self-serve platform for customers and supporting the development of this new product (FAST) to meet the increased demand and automate efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your experience and expertise in front-end development with REACT, Node JS, and Javascript. - Building well-designed, high-performance front-end web applications that support complex business rules/flows. - Establishing best practices for web development and elevating the team and codebase to a higher level. - Contributing to Application Solution Design and collaborating with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members. - Translating business requirements into simple user stories in partnership with the engineering lead and other developers. - Developing UI/UX wireframes using tools like Figma. - Applying user experience methodology to create engaging user-centered designs. - Leading POCs and demonstrating speed to market in a fast-paced startup environment. - Being passionate about learning and helping others. Qualifications we are seeking in you: - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - 3 to 5 years of experience in web and mobile applications development. - Proficiency with Jira, Github, CI/CD, and other development life-cycle tools. - Understanding of REACT, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript. - IT implementation and project management experience with SDLC and agile methodologies. - Experience in persona development, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping. - Familiarity with Figma and similar software. - Experience in healthcare or related fields is a plus.
