Role Overview: As a Lead Full Stack / Senior Full Stack Developer, you are responsible for architecting and developing scalable backend systems using NestJS with a focus on high performance. Your main duties involve leading a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies, working with databases including MySQL and NoSQL, optimizing system design for scalability, caching, and queueing mechanisms, collaborating with the frontend team, ensuring robust microservices architecture, and working in an Agile environment to drive sprints and ensure timely project delivery.
