Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development to join our team in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining ERP, HCM, and CRM systems.

This role demands proficiency in modern frameworks and languages used in enterprise-level applications, as well as a deep understanding of business logic, systems integration, and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Next.js (React) for the frontend and Nest.js (Node.js) for the backend.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces that support complex business workflows.
• Develop scalable, secure back-end logic and RESTful APIs, including database design and integration.
• Ensure application performance optimization, cross-platform compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers for efficient delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full development stack.
• Maintain clean, well-documented, version-controlled code using Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and performance tuning.
