Position Summary We are seeking an energetic Fullstack Engineer who loves learning new technologies and takes ownership of product development. You will be building responsive React applications and robust backend services in Python, while leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to create innovative user experiences in our collaborative startup culture. Key Responsibilities Frontend (React) o Develop and maintain high-quality React applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript o Integrate LLM capabilities into frontend applications to enhance user experience o Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability Backend (Python & APIs) o Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Python o Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design, query, and optimize data storage and retrieval o Build and integrate AI/ML workflows into backend systems o Ensure security, performance, and reliability across the stack General Fullstack Duties o Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment (frontend + backend) o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile startup environment o Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack o Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making o Stay current with emerging web, backend, and AI/ML integration technologies Required Qualifications 4+ years of professional fullstack development experience ¢ Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript/ES6+ ¢ Solid backend development experience with Python (APIs, server-side logic, data handling) ¢ Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming ¢ Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL), Mongo DB ¢ Hands-on experience working with LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) ¢ Proficiency with version control systems (Git) ¢ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ¢ Ownership mindset with ability to drive projects independently ¢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills ¢ Enthusiasm for startup culture and fast-paced development cycles

Website: https://www.jerimed.ai/ Key Responsibilities Build and maintain integrations between EPIC/PointClickCare and third-party systems using: HL7 (Health Level Seven standard for healthcare data exchange) FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources newer standard for healthcare data) ¢ APIs (application programming interfaces) ¢ Configure, test, and validate workflows to make sure different systems can communicate effectively. ¢ Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data quality so patient information is accurate and consistent. ¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, clinical staff) to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions. Qualifications / Skills Required ¢ EPIC certification in relevant module(s) ¢ 4+ years of healthcare IT experience, preferably in system integrations. ¢ Expertise in HL7 and RESTful APIs (for connecting different systems). ¢ FHIR experience is a plus. ¢ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
