Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the successful design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of software solutions. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field from a reputable institute, with over 4 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Senior Developer and leading a team. Your expertise in software architecture and engineering, coupled with excellent technical and analytical skills, will be essential for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the support and solutions architecture team on integrations and solution deployment, as well as communicating effectively with project teams on status updates, technical issues, and innovative solutions. You will need to stay informed about best practices and new functionalities on the Force.com platform, continuously growing as a developer to drive immediate impact. Key requirements for this position include creating, maintaining, and implementing source code, designing application prototypes, providing unit structures, performing code reviews, and guiding the developer team. Additionally, you should excel in designing UI/UX, developing interactive and dynamic front-ends, and be familiar with ETL tools such as Mulesoft. Experience with testing automation tools, Agile development processes, continuous integration, and deployments is crucial. You should have a working knowledge of Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools, a strong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, and Force.com development best practices. Your ability to develop accurate estimates, review code for quality, evaluate and refactor the code base, and conduct unit testing with assertions for core functionality will be vital for project execution. In addition, you should possess comprehensive experience in debugging and troubleshooting, be a self-starter capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, and take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery for your respective tracks. Proficiency in React Native, PL/SQL, Java, Angular, and AWS technologies is required to excel in this role.,
