Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Winpra, your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development of scalable, modular, and secure applications that drive Winpra's AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate closely with our Data Science and Agentic AI Engineering teams to incorporate ML models, vector databases, and advanced APIs into production-grade products. Additionally, you will be translating complex business requirements in real estate, construction, and finance domains into intuitive and high-performance web applications. Your role will also entail ensuring seamless pipelines between frontend dashboards, backend microservices, and AI-driven data flows, as well as mentoring mid-level and junior developers to establish best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and system design. We are looking for candidates with: - 5-7 years of full-stack experience in React, Node.js/Express, Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) - Strong foundation in TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL/MySQL - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Proficiency in building modular architectures and integrating third-party APIs - Solid grasp of system design, scalability, and performance optimization Additionally, familiarity with real-time data processing (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ) and knowledge of real estate or fintech platforms and their workflows are considered advantageous.
