Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and deeply logical Full Stack Developer (Node JS / React JS) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who thrives in data-heavy, real-time environments and enjoys building modern trading platform experiences.

Responsibilities

● Architect and develop scalable backend services using Node.js.

● Handle real-time financial data streams through WebSocket connections.

● Design and maintain robust RESTful APIs consumed by front-end (React).

● Work with MongoDB for fast and reliable data storage and aggregation.

● Implement and schedule background jobs and cron tasks for system automation.

●Ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests in a trading environment.

● Collaborate with frontend developers, product designers, and data engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

● Write clean, modular, well-tested code with strong emphasis on logic and edge-case handling.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and Node JS, React JS, Tailwind CSS.

● Strong, strong knowledge of logic building and DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) — this is compulsory.

● Expertise in handling WebSocket and building real-time data pipelines.

● Solid understanding of REST API architecture and best practices.

● Experience working with MongoDB and schema design.

● Familiarity with cron jobs and asynchronous task handling.

● Exposure to charting systems, financial data structures, and tick-level updates.

● Experience working in a fast-paced trading platform or financial environment.

● Strong debugging and optimization skills.

Great to have:

● Experience with Redis, Kafka, or similar real-time queuing systems.

● Exposure to TypeScript.

● Familiarity with React (to better understand integration points).

● Prior work in algorithmic or automated trading environments.

**Preferring Immediate joiners / 15 days Notice / Open for relocation to Pune after 3-4 months
