Responsibilities:

Modernization & Migration Initiatives

• Lead the

  transition from on-prem infrastructure to cloud environments

  (Azure/AWS preferred).
• Upgrade legacy

  .NET Framework applications (4.8)

  to

  .NET 8/10

  .
• Guide the migration from

  .NET Framework to .NET Core

  including architectural redesign where needed.
• Support implementation of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  

Technical Leadership

• Act as a

  trusted technical leader

  , proactively identifying improvements and driving architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s IT team, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and alignment.
• Provide clear communication on progress, risks, timelines, and technical recommendations.
• Mentor and guide IT team members as they shift into stronger DevOps roles.
  

Full Stack Development

• Design and implement scalable front-end applications using

  Angular (latest versions)

  .
• Build robust back-end services and APIs using

  .NET Core / .NET 8+

  .
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of professional experience

  as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Angular

  (Components, RxJS, TypeScript, state management)

• .NET Core / .NET 6–10

  , C#, Web API

• .NET Framework

  and migration strategies
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proven experience driving modernization and infrastructure upgrade initiatives.
• Solid exposure to

  DevOps tools and practices

  (CI/CD, pipelines, automation).
• Excellent communication, articulation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to take ownership, drive decisions, and influence outcomes.
