Senior Full Stack Developer and Team Lead

Position: - Senior Full Stack Java Developer & Team Lead Location: - Onsite (C-167, Phase 8b Mohali) Job Description:- As a Senior Full Stack Java Developer and Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing software project deliverables, and ensuring high-quality code and deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable applications. Key Responsibilities: - ● Lead a team of developers across backend and frontend stacks. ● Manage project timelines, code quality, sprint planning, and overall software delivery. ● Architect and design scalable microservices using Spring Boot. ● Develop backend components using Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus. ● Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ. ● Build frontend applications using Angular, React, or Node.js. ● Oversee CI/CD pipelines and manage deployment processes. ● Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth releases. ● Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. ● Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application performance and security. Required Skills and Experience:- ● 7-8 years of experience in Full Stack Java Development. ● Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, and Microservices Architecture. ● Hands-on experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ. ● Exposure or working knowledge of Quarkus is a strong plus. ● Strong frontend experience with Angular, React, or Node.js. ● Experience leading and mentoring development teams. ● Solid understanding of cloud environments and deployment best practices. ● Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools. ● Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and project management abilities. Nice to Have: - ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ● Prior experience with containerized environments (Docker/K8s). ● Knowledge of security best practices in full stack development.
