Senior Full Stack Java Developer

As a senior full stack Java developer and technical lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers, overseeing software project deliverables, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and deployments. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to develop robust and scalable applications. You will lead a team of developers working on both backend and frontend stacks, ensuring project timelines are met, code quality is maintained, and software delivery is successful. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting and designing scalable microservices using Spring Boot, developing backend components with Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus, and integrating messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ. Additionally, you will be involved in building frontend applications using Angular, React, or Node.js, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, managing deployment processes, and collaborating with DevOps and QA teams for smooth releases. Your role will also involve conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring application performance and security. To excel in this role, you should possess 7-8 years of experience in Full Stack Java Development, strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, and Microservices Architecture, hands-on experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ, and exposure to Quarkus. Your frontend experience with Angular, React, or Node.js, along with your leadership and mentoring skills, will be valuable assets. A solid understanding of cloud environments, deployment best practices, and familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and project management skills are also required.
