Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and React Native to lead the design and development of our customer-facing platforms and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong architectural understanding, and proven experience in delivering scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of front-end architecture using React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps and SEO-optimized websites with superior UI/UX and performance.
• Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into functional code.
• Implement reusable, testable, and efficient components with modern state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.).
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability across devices.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, third-party services, and analytics SDKs.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to code standards and documentation.
• Collaborate on deployment, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and coding best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, responsive design, and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Express, or backend integration is a plus.
• Experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of web performance optimization, SEO, and security principles.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a small frontend team is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to React Native performance optimization and App Store/Play Store publishing.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Postman, and JIRA.

Work Environment
