Role Description

We are hiring a Frontend Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, writes high-quality code quickly, and uses AI/automation tools to move even faster. You'll own real-time user interfaces, optimize frontend performance, and mentor juniors. This is a high-impact role where user experience and scalability go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into scalable, responsive frontend applications with optimal user experience.
• Develop high-performance, real-time user interfaces using

  React.js

  with

  performance optimizations

  and modern architecture patterns.
• Build responsive web applications with seamless

  real-time messaging capabilities

  using WebSockets or similar technologies.

• Lead code reviews and mentor

  junior developers while

  making technical decisions

  on architecture and implementation approaches.
• Own end-to-end delivery of frontend components from development to deployment with

  monitoring and error tracking

  .
• Use rapid prototyping and

  vibe-based coding techniques

  to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years

  of frontend development experience, preferably in SaaS or high-scale applications.
• Strong expertise in

  TypeScript, React.js ecosystem

  (hooks, context API), and

  state management

  (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Proficiency in

  real-time communication technologies

  (WebSockets, Socket.io),

  PWA development

  , and responsive design.
• Experience with

  modern frontend tooling

  (Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest/Testing Library), deployment pipelines, and

  AWS CloudFront/S3

  for hosting and CDN optimization.
• Understanding of

  frontend security practices

  (XSS prevention, CORS, CSP) and

  API integration

  with microservices.
• AI-first mindset, Git workflows, and comfort in fast-paced startup environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
