About the roleWe’re looking for a smart, well-spoken Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers and vendors. If you’re organised, love paperwork, and are comfortable with a bit of sales-style cold calling, this could be a great fit. Answer incoming calls, and manage the reception desk Handle routine paperwork, filing, courier dispatch & inward registers Draft, send and track emails; maintain basic correspondence logs Make cold calls to prospective clients/leads and update CRM sheets Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal teams Prepare simple reports and presentations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Keep front-office supplies tallied and reorder when required Must-have skillsGood spoken & written English and Telugu/Hindi Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic email etiquette and phone handling manners Confidence in cold-calling and follow-ups Nice-to-haveFamiliarity with Zoho One / Zoho CRM / Zoho Books Prior experience in front-desk, customer service, or telesales Eligibility: Experience: 0 – 3 years Education: Any bachelor’s degree / diploma (freshers welcome) Gender: Female candidates preferred* Location: Vijayawada city limits (no remote/hybrid) Timings: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM What we offer: Competitive salary + performance incentives Friendly, growth-oriented work environment On-the-job training for Zoho apps and advanced MS Office Opportunity to grow into Admin or Sales-Support roles
