Key Responsibilities: Guest Relations Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival. Assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Reservations & Bookings Manage room reservations (walk-ins, phone, online, or email). Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments on room status. Update occupancy reports and guest records. Front Desk Operations Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Handle billing, payments, and invoices accurately. Prepare and maintain daily reports (check-ins, check-outs, arrivals, departures). Communication & Coordination Liaise between guests and departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance). Update guests on hotel services, local attractions, and transportation. Customer Service Address guest issues quickly and ensure satisfaction. Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or packages. Administration Maintain guest records in the property management system (PMS). Ensure compliance with hotel policies and security procedures.
