Job Description

Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Assign rooms and issue keys.
Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
Process payments and settle guest bills.
Manage room reservations and cancellations.
Maintain accurate guest records and accounts.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and messages.
Use the hotel's front office computer systems and other office equipment.
Receive and resolve guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Promote and upsell other hotel services to guests.
Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-oriented mindset.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with front office software and basic computer operations.
Problem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
