Job Description

Role Overview: As a Front Office Executive at our 100-room hotel, your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations at the front desk. You will be in charge of handling guest check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, assisting with guest queries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and greet guests warmly upon their arrival. - Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. - Manage room bookings and reservations, both online and walk-in. - Maintain guest records accurately and update the hotel management system. - Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs. - Address guest complaints promptly and provide satisfactory resolutions. - Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. - Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification required is 12th pass, though graduates are preferred. - Previous experience in front office, reception, or hotel industry is preferred, but freshers can also apply. - Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with knowledge of the local language being a plus. - Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email, and hotel booking software. - Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills. - Ability to work in shifts, including mornings and evenings. Additional details: You will be part of a friendly and professional work environment with a negotiable salary range of 15,000 to 20,000 based on experience. Food will be provided, and the work location is in-person.,
