About the Role

Senior Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete front desk operations check?in, check?out, room allocation and guest registration.
Warmly welcome guests, handle queries, and ensure a smooth and professional experience at the reception.
Supervise / guide junior front office team members during the shift and ensure SOPs are followed.?
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness, special requests and guest needs.?
Manage reservations, pre?arrival checks and room blocking in the PMS.
Handle billing, payments, folios, cash / card / UPI transactions and ensure zero errors.?
Resolve guest complaints courteously and escalate to duty manager / management when required.?
Maintain front office checklists, reports and daily handovers in an organised manner.
Ensure grooming, communication and service standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements

Prior experience as
Front Office Executive / Senior Front Office Executive / Front Desk / Reception
in a hotel.
Good knowledge of hotel front office operations and PMS / hotel software.?
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; additional local language will be an advantage.?
Pleasant personality, guest?first attitude, and ability to handle busy shifts.
Comfortable with shifts, weekends and holiday working as per hotel operations.
