The Work We Do

We create sleek, modern and efficient websites that look great and deliver phenomenal uptime, security, SEO and accessibility. All of our clients are in the US and European markets. We work on four kinds of engagements: Website Builds, Site Redesigns, Regular Maintenance and Lift-Shift projects (where we shift the CMS and don’t do any redesign).

We have established partnerships with – and are experts in – the top CMS products including : Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Contentful and WordPress. As a company, we have the ability to deliver websites on any of these platforms.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in Drupal and WordPress to join our fast-growing, globally distributed team. You will collaborate with our design and CMS development teams to build and maintain top-tier websites using modern front-end techniques and CMS builder tools.

This role is not for full-stack developers—we are specifically looking for front-end specialists who have worked extensively within Drupal and WordPress environments.

What you'll do

• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Zeplin designs into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end templates.
• Build reusable components, style guides, and design systems for CMS platforms.
• Work closely with CMS back-end teams to implement templates in WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom themes) and Drupal (Twig, Layout Builder, Paragraphs, Acquia Site Studio).
• Ensure all deliverables are AA compliant, SEO optimized, and performance tuned.
• Integrate HTML/CSS/JS templates into dynamic CMS content using builder tools and frameworks.
• Debug cross-browser and cross-device issues with an eye for detail and performance.

The skills we'll need

• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3+ years specifically on Drupal and WordPress projects
• Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript
• Deep experience with CMS-based front-end development, not just static sites
• Strong knowledge of Drupal Twig templating, Acquia Site Studio, and/or Layout Builder
• Extensive hands-on experience with WordPress builders like Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom theme development.
• Familiarity with SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
• Proficient in Git and modern DevOps workflows
• Experience working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop

Bonus skills

• Experience with Vue, React, or Angular
• Basic back-end familiarity in PHP or .NET
• Experience building accessibility-compliant (WCAG AA) websites
• Understanding of SEO best practices
