Senior Frappe & ERPNext Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications using

  Frappe Framework & ERPNext

  .
• Build custom apps and extend ERPNext modules with advanced functionalities.
• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot ERPNext systems for

  high performance & scalability

  .
• Develop and integrate

  APIs

  (e-invoicing, payment gateways, third-party apps).
• Lead technical development of

  SaaS-based ERP solutions

  (multi-tenancy & subscriptions).
• Manage server performance, deployments, and ensure system stability.
• Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and documentation to the team.
• Innovate and implement solutions to complex business challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  Frappe & ERPNext development

  .
• Strong background in

  Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs

  .
• Experience with

  ERPNext SaaS setups, multi-site environments, bench management

  .
• Knowledge of

  Linux server administration, deployment pipelines, Docker

  preferred.
• Proven record of ERPNext implementations (HR, Accounting, CRM, Sales, Custom Modules).
• Strong problem-solving and architecture design skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.

Nice to Have

• UI/UX and theme customization in ERPNext.
• AI/LLM integration with ERP systems.
• Backup/recovery & security strategies.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.
