Job Description

Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Function: Accounting and Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai, India

Hours: 3pm to 12 midnight IST

Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will support the FP&A team in daily and monthly financial reporting packages, creation of input templates for planning cycles, loading of monthly actual data into financial planning system, and ad-hoc reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the FP&A Manager in the preparation and presentation of all financial information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Publish various financial reports include daily sales, consolidated P&Ls, product sales, and cost center expenses.
Assist FP&A Manager with updating presentations with financial reports and charts.
Create input templates for Quarterly LE and Budget planning cycles.

Position Requirements

Education Required: Chartered Accountant/ M.B.A

Experience Required: 2+ years experience of FP&A experience

Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PPT
Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Display robust understanding of financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, listening, and communication skills

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed: N/A

Company/Industry Related Knowledge: Pharmaceutical industry/Manufacturing
