Senior FLM - L1

As a member of the team at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for managing daily activities to ensure the achievement of all system and individual Customer Service goals. This includes managing key performance indicators, maintaining complete knowledge of service tasks and programs, as well as system and telecommunications capabilities, and handling administrative aspects such as reporting.
