Moreover, you will be tasked with leading projects aimed at enhancing and sustaining process profitability, overseeing governance for Quality/Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements, and fostering a culture of process improvement through methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Ensuring adherence to standardization practices and strict compliance with both internal and client-defined processes, meeting all process metrics, and delivering business value to customers through quality initiatives are pivotal to the position. The ideal candidate for this role should possess mandatory skills in Member Inbound, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
