Qualification

: Minimum 12th pass preferably Graduate.

Experience

:3-4 years of experience from S/C and /W/S background

Knowledge:

Should know local geography.

Vehicle Coordination - Manage daily vehicle movements, dispatch schedules, and route planning across locations.
Vendor Management - Coordinate with transport vendors for placements, onboarding, documentation, and service delivery.
GPS Integration & Monitoring - Ensure all vehicles are GPS-enabled and actively monitored for route adherence and real-time tracking.
Placements & Allocation - Handle vehicle placements based on operational requirements and ensured timely availability.
Invoice Processing - Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals as per company policy for feeder runs.
Maintenance & Safety Oversight - Schedule preventive maintenance, manage breakdowns, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Coordination with Operations Team - Act as a bridge between the operations team and transport vendors to ensure smooth execution of logistics plans.
Reporting & Cost Control - Prepare fleet performance reports, monitor fuel/toll expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
