We’re looking for experienced analysts who will be hired to build a bench to be ready for opportunities within Corporate & Investment Banking and Investment Research lines of business

About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Preparation of company profiles (one-pagers, strip profiles and deep dive), Industry overviews, management presentations, case studies on M&A/IPO, public information books.
• High competency in public trading comparable, M&A precedent transaction analysis, financial modeling.
• Handling ad hoc research requests such as information memo, competitor benchmarking, target screening, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due diligence decks.
• Creating and maintaining industry databases, newsletters and market updates.
• Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson, Bloomberg, etc.
• In-depth understanding of valuation using methods such as, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sum-of-the-Parts Valuation (SOTP) and Leveraged Buyout (LBOs) is plus.

What we’re Looking For

• Graduate and post-graduate degree specializing in Finance such as Master’s in Finance, MBA (Finance), or CFA’s are preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial research and analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight deadlines, team-based multicultural environment.
• Strong communication is a must for interaction with US based investment bankers and with other centers of Evalueserve.
• Attention to details, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must.
• Flexibility to work as per client schedule and workload requirements.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must
