Job Summary:

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting and P&L analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare and analyze

  monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports

• Perform

  variance analysis

  (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provide actionable insights
• Conduct

  P&L, cost center, and profitability analysis

• Handle

  accruals, prepayments, and month-end close activities

• Analyze

  cash flow statements

  and working capital trends
• Support financial reporting in compliance with internal controls and timelines
  
• Interpret complex financial data and present insights to senior stakeholders
  
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization in financial reporting
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic and operational decisions

Education & Certifications

Mandatory:

• B.Com

• CPA
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 48 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
  
• Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  
• Comfortable working early morning shifts aligned with global stakeholders
