As a NetSuite ERP System Manager at our leading global security authority, you will play a crucial role in managing, configuring, and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system and Zone Billing to support our business operations. Your responsibilities will include user management, system customization, troubleshooting, data integrity, system upgrades, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure NetSuite meets business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the NetSuite ERP system, including system configurations, customizations, and user roles/permissions - Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity - Create and manage workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to meet user and business needs - Provide ongoing user support and training to ensure optimal utilization of NetSuite - Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within NetSuite - Oversee data imports, exports, and migration projects while ensuring data integrity and accuracy - Build and maintain reports and analytics dashboards for key stakeholders - Monitor system compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and data privacy laws - Stay up to date with NetSuite system upgrades, new features, and best practices - Effectively plan out projects, manage deadlines, and communicate with stakeholders - Drive process improvement and efficiency in the business Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience) - 5+ years of practical experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration - Proficiency in NetSuite customization tools, including SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk - Zone Advance Billing (ZAB certified) required Nice to have: - NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred - Familiarity with various NetSuite integration tools - Experience with NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, SuiteAnalytics, Advanced Financials, etc.) is preferred In addition to the exciting and challenging role, you will enjoy generous time off policies, top shelf benefits, and education, wellness, and lifestyle support.
