Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Finance Leader (CFO / Financial Controller / Head of Finance) at Motwane Manufacturing. The Senior Finance Leader will be responsible for:Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company’s goalsLead and oversee the preparation of company’s budgets, forecasts, financial reportsAnalyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadershipManage Cash flow, working capital and investment planningEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and company policiesSupervise financial audits and coordinate with external auditorsLead and develop the finance team, including controllers, accountants and analystsOversee tax planning and corporate finance functions (eg. Capital Structuring, fund raising)Evaluate and improve internal controls and financial systemsSupport M&A activities, risk assessments, and strategic planning initiatives Qualifications and Required skillsCA or equivalent10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a senior role within a large organizationStrong knowledge of IND AS and other statutory compliance requirements.Proven ability to develop and implement effective internal controlsStrong leadership and team management skillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance roleAbility to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
