Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Kolkata. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and excellent customer service for diagnostic and surgical equipment in the Ophthalmology field. Qualifications Field Service and Technical Support skills Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance abilities Customer Service experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with medical devices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Able to make tour to various city in Eastern India Able to provide Demonstration & Application Support Able to build & lead a Service Team in near future.
